This is Magger Frane's 'blog.

Pumpkin Cookies

1 cup of granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tbl Baking Soda
1 cup pumpkin (canned)
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup raisins (optional)

Cream the butter, egg, sugar. Then add dry ingredients including spices. Then add Pumpkin. Put in fridge for 1 hour and then bake at 375 F about 10-12 min.
