When the workers complained, he answered, 'Friend, I am not being unfair to you, I am paying you the amount you agreed upon when I hired you. Don't I have the right to do whatever I want with my own money?'" "Thus, do not complain if God requires more work from you than from others to enter the Kingdom of Heaven." ----- Then the mother of two of the Disciples came to Jesus with her sons and asked him to make them the Chief and Deputy Chief Angels in Heaven. This angered all the other Disciples. Jesus refused the request, saying to all, "Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave—just as the Son of God did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
